This class will teach fundamentals of Self Defense to people at any fitness or experience level. We will cover some of the most basic and effective techniques to keep you and your loved ones safe from the most common types of attacks and scenarios. This program runs for 16 week rotating cycles. Doing stand alone Self Defense seminars is a great idea if that's all you have access to, but having a chance to drill basic techniques on a regular basis will help develop a greater degree of muscle memory and reflex.
Tuesday/Thursday 6:00 to 7:00 pm
Our Jiu Jitsu program covers a spectrum of styles, incorporating Gi and no Gi techniques from both Japanese and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu systems. As with all of our classes, our focus is on technical excellence and teamwork. Monday nights are dedicated to drilling core movements of Jiu Jitsu to give students of all levels a great workout while also building serious skill. Tuesday nights and Saturday mornings are devoted to training in the Gi with Sensei Roy Craddock, who brings over 35 years of experience to his classes. Thursday nights and late Saturday mornings we take a No-Gi approach to Jiu Jitsu training. We are excited to have Pro Fighter and Catch Wrestling expert Dan Stittgen teaching these classes.
