Join us Saturday November 4th as we kick off a new 12 week Bootcamp in Cardio Kick-Jitsu! Combining basic to advanced drills from both Kickboxing and Jiu Jitsu along with resistance and flexibility training, this class offers a great workout while getting you used to the fundamental movements you can expect if you join one of our martial arts programs. The class runs on Saturdays from 9:00am to 9:45am and Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:00pm to 4:45pm. The cost is $225 for the initial 12 week camp, and $85 monthly thereafter.
