Fall/Winter 2017 Class Schedule
Here is an updated class schedule for the upcoming Fall/Winter season! No big adjustments other than the addition of our new Cardio Kick-Jitsu Bootcamp. 45 Minutes of Kickboxing and Jiu Jitsu inspired drills, strength and flexibility training. This new class is open to adults and kids ages 9 and up, so it's a great class for families to take together! Visit our Class description page for more information!
