Cardio Kick- Jitsu Bootcamp
We're launching a new fitness oriented core movement class to our lineup starting next week! The class will run on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:00 to 4:45 and on Saturdays from 9:00 to 9:45. This program will include full body core movements that are used in both our kickboxing and JiuJitsu programs, along with a healthy dose of strength and flexibility training. A full 12 week boot camp is just $225. This class is open to everyone aged 9 and up! Please contact us if you have an interest or any questions about the program!
