February Schedule Update
We're making some changes to the schedule effective February 5th! Mondays and Wednesdays will now be dedicated to Kickboxing, while Tuesdays and Thursdays will be all Jiu Jitsu for our Adult programs. We're adding a kickboxing class to Friday nights as well as an hour of Kempo. We've also added more options for fitness geared kickboxing classes 5 days a week! Please take a look at the schedule below! As always new students are welcome to try any class free!
